Transfer ArrangementsPlease note that transfer to/from the island hotel (by helicopter or flight), needs to be added to the booking. The approx. 30 minutes flight per way, operates daily departing Mahe at 11:30hrs and departing Denis Island at 12:15hrs.

Cancelation policyGuests may cancel their reservation free of charge until 00:00 local hotel time, 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The cut-off time is based on the hotel's local time zone.
If the reservation is canceled after the specified deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation (including taxes and fees) will be charged and is non-refundable.
New Seychelles Sustainable Tourism TaxThe Seychelles Sustainable Tourism Tax will be implemented. The fee is charged in Seychelles Rupees per person, per night, and is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. Children under 12 years old, airline employees, and Seychelles citizens are exempt. The tax will follow a three-tier structure based on hotel classification, with rates to be confirmed by the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism: SCR 25 for small hotels, SCR 75 for medium-sized hotels, and SCR 100 for large hotels.
Full Board and Beverages PolicyFull Board is a meal plan that typically includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, it is important to note that this applies to food only. All beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are not included in the Full Board plan and must be paid for separately by guests directly at the hotel upon consumption.
