Cancelation policyGuests may cancel their reservation free of charge until 00:00 local hotel time, 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The cut-off time is based on the hotel's local time zone.
If the reservation is canceled after the specified deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation (including taxes and fees) will be charged and is non-refundable.
Half Board and Full Board PolicyMeals are served in the resort's main restaurant from à la carte menu designed for guests staying on the Half-Board and Full-Board plans. The menu changes daily or is updated weekly. Beverages are not included in the price and are paid separately. Guests can choose their favorite dishes from the special menu; any additional orders beyond the set selection are subject to an additional fee.
